Nine out of ten business people can’t be wrong!

A recent survey of business people has revealed that 9 out of 10 respondents have a branded promotional pen on their desk.

The survey, commissioned by the British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA), clearly demonstrates the importance of promotional items in modern businesses’ marketing mix.

It is not just the traditional “freebie pen” that features on the list of top corporate gifts.  The survey also revealed that branded mugs, calendars, sticky notes or notebooks take pride of place on more than 50% of respondents desks.

The survey, which coincided with Promotional Products week (15th – 19th September 2014), showed that an impressive 83% of business people questioned could confidently name the company/brand featured on an item on their desks, and more than 70% were likely to buy the products or services from an organisation who had previously supplied a corporate gift.
