When you place an order with Pennline we endeavour to make it a pleasant experience.

From your initial enquiry, we will advise you on products to suit your campaign. This includes advice on product shades to suit your corporate colours, brand areas to ensure there is enough room to print your Logo, Strap Line and/or message and suitability of product for the receiver.

To print your information we will require good quality artwork.  .eps (Encapsulated Post Script) and .ai (Adobe Illustrator) are the two most commonly used Vector Files suitable for most printing.  Sometimes these are saved as a PDF (Portable Document Format) which can be viewed by most users using Adobe Reader.  If you do not have your artwork in the correct format, Pennline have the ability to re-draw it.

There are a variety of ways products can be branded:

Spot Colours – each colour is printed individually using its own screen.

Digital Print – a full colour print where all colours are printed with one screen (Pantone References cannot be match exactly)

Sublimation Print – a full colour (photographic) print where all colours are printed at the same time (Pantone References cannot be match exactly)

Engraving – where the image is cut out of the surface of a metal product and usually revealing a different texture below.

Embossing – where the image is cut out of the surface of a leather product.  This can then be filled with a colour or left blind.

Once Pennline have your order and artwork we will send you an Order Acknowledgement with your requirements and our terms and conditions.  When you have approved this Pennline will process your order and produce a proof of your product.  We will also send you a check list to help you make sure the end result is what you are expecting.  Once this is approved we will proceed with your order and notify you of a delivery date.  Some products are sourced straight from China and can take longer to produce than those stored and printed in the UK.  In this case we may update you on the progress on a weekly basis.

Finally we will check with you that the product has arrived in good condition and that you are happy with it.

We look forward to hearing from you.  Please contact our team today to discuss your requirements in more detail.
